At StudioDesk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workspace setup. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your home office, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping crates with all hardware and assembly manuals included to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a professional courier service to collect the heavy items from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
